Diederik leads IPG Mediabrands for the Benelux, managing media billings in excess of 1 billion gross. He is focused on having dynamic talent in the right roles supported with the tools, resources and leadership needed to create effective solutions for clients that deliver true business results.
Diederik is CEO IPG Mediabrands Benelux since June 2012.
He has 20 years’ experience in finance, primarily with US listed companies. He joined IPG Mediabrands in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer for the Netherlands to become Chief Financial Officer Benelux in June 2012.
Sylvie partners with Diederik to deliver, further scale and advance IPG Mediabrands’ offering in Belux.
She joined the agency as Managing Director Initiative to become IPG Mediabrands’ COO in 2016. Sylvie has more than 25 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales and Business Management for both multinational corporations and as an entrepreneur with several years spent on missions abroad across Europe, US & China.
He started his career at PwC as Auditor. In 1997, he joined The Coca-Cola Company as Senior Analyst for the Belgium and Luxemburg market and became Financial Director for The Netherlands as of 2005. Back to Belgium in 2010 and still for The Coca-Cola Company, he became Marketing Director Belgium & Luxemburg. In 2012, he joined IPG Mediabrands as CFO Belgium.

His expertise covers Brand and Marketing communication challenges as well as integrated media strategies. He manages the IPG Mediabrands strategy unit, as well as the creative, marketing and sales teams.
More than 20 years advertising and communication experience: on Creative agency side (Grey, Lowe, DDB, VVL BBDO) and sales houses (Microsoft Advertising, IPM). Since 2016, Jean-Pierre is Business Development Director and his role, at IPG Mediabrands, is to connect all internal expertizes and make brands efficiently relevant for their audiences.
Stéphane has almost twenty years’ experience in digital. Started in IT before moving to the Creative agency side (Ogilvy) and his own 360° communication agency. He also worked on the publisher/sales house side before moving to the media agency side. His expertize covers digital marketing in general with deep knowledge of performance and affiliation marketing, programmatic buying as well as a wide range of technical assets. David exercises his 20 years’ experience in marketing and research. Since 2009, he is Managing Director of the Research department of IPG Mediabrands. His team counts 12 multidisciplinary employees

Julie has over 10 years’ experience in media and communication. Before joining IPG Mediabrands as General Manager Magna Global early 2016, she was responsible for the Trading at ZenithOptimedia.
In 2010, she became Audiovisual Director at ZenithOptimedia Belgium. Before that she was responsible for TV at UM.
More than 20 years’ experience in different media agencies such as Universal Media, Zenith Media, Initiative where he built a strong expertise in multi-media planning/strategy and develop client management skills. He became in 2014 Managing Director at Outdoor Services combining is multi-media background with an in depth understanding of the OOH channels.
Danny Devriendt is the Chief Content Officer for IPGMediabrands in Belgium. A skilled communications strategist with more than 20 years global experience, he is specialized in connective technologies, change behavior, social interactions and the art of influencing. Danny writes and presents regularly on communication techniques, information technology and trends. He is a guest lecturer at the Ghent University, StiMa, GRP School, CREA Geneva and the Solvay Business School.
More than 15 years’ experience in copywriting. In 2007, Paul became Executive Creative Director and managing partner at “Publicis Brussels”. As a copywriter and creative director, Paul has won more than 100 creative awards in Belgium and over 60 awards on the international scene, of which 13 Cannes Lions… Early 2016, he cofounded B.O.A.T.S. (Based On A True Story), a Brandertainment Content Hub that creates bridges between advertising and entertainment to serve brands.
Stéphanie has over 13 years’ experience in media management. As Head of Orion she proposes investments and asset optimization solutions.

Noelle has over 20 years’ experience in media and digital. Before joining IPG Mediabrands as a Trade Marketing Director mid-2016, she was Head of Digital marketing at RTL Belgium. Prior to that she was Trade Marketing Manager at Microsoft Advertising.
